Question What is your Return Policy?
AnswerYou may return or exchange all mainline products ordered on stylebypieces.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please note:
Style By Pieces does not accept returns for items purchased through our Bespoke service.
Style By Pieces will not accept returned products that have been modified by external jewelers, worn, damaged, or returned without a security tag, original paperwork, and packaging.
Style By Pieces will not refund the original shipment cost unless the items in question are deemed faulty or defective.

How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase:

  1. Email us at hello@stylebypieces.com, notifying us of your intention to return or exchange your purchase.
  2. Once your email has been received, our Customer Service team will send you a confirmation email with a return label and instructions.
  3. Notify our Customer Service team once you’ve shipped your return.
  4. Your exchange or refund (via your original payment method) will be processed upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Please note that Style By Pieces is not liable for lost or delayed packages. Using your own courier for returns will void your refund request. We cannot be held responsible for any import duties arising from the incorrect return of purchases.
